Privacy policy
What we collect through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 29 July 2026.
Who we are
Casino Links Pro (“we”, “us”) operates casinolinkspro.com. For any privacy matter, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form data — name, email address, website URL, and anything you write in the message fields. Submitted only when you send the form.
- Email correspondence — messages you send to our address, retained as normal business correspondence.
- Basic server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URLs and timestamps, kept by our hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals you asked for.
- To deliver and administer services you subsequently order.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records for actual clients.
The legal bases we rely on are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (site security, responding to business enquiries), and legal obligation. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Processors we use
- Form delivery — contact form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms, which forwards the content to our mailbox.
- Email and hosting providers — standard business infrastructure that stores correspondence and serves this website.
Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while relevant to a live or prospective engagement and deleted on request. Records connected to delivered services are retained as long as commercial and tax law requires. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to your supervisory authority. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that involves transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on providers offering recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
